I kneaded to roll the dough
You inspired me to try baking bread today. It used to be one of my favorite things to do, but it has been years since I've baked a loaf. Well, I think I still have the touch, the bread turned out great even though I didn't do a good job at forming it before putting it in the pan. I still have my old Bosch that I will bring to you, or see if I can ship it on the slow boat cheap. The wire whips are shot, but the bread hook is metal, so it will work. Here's to opening that bakery some day!

Oh I love the bread loaves cooling on your new countertops. There is just something about making bread from scratch isn't there? I truly can almost smell your loaves, and the silent bottle of honey butter in the background! You are amazing and I really think a bakery would be such a fun idea. We might get a little round but it would so be worth the journey! I know that Lins has a bakery, and so does Walmart but a bakery - cafe would go over so well on State street. The Main Street Cafe has and is doing so well but they ar so busy, imagine what competition you could give them. You could also have a rock, antique, and gift shop in the foyer just like in Craker Barrel. You might be on to something, but you need to keep it fun, not work or it would not be what you dream. Thanks for the little taste of home you are awesome. Love tons Beanie
