Caleen walked by our office today and guess what?! I actually had my camera in the car! So I told her to come in for a picture for you! I hope it brings a smile to your face this morning! She is too much, and totally self assured. I never see her frown, and she always has a happy word and a cute little laugh for everyone! I need to be more like that, you know the kind of person the lights up a room when they come inside. That is a worthy goal I am going to set for myself!

The best costume of the night goes to "Hot Dog". We had the annual Trunk or Treat at the church tonight. For 5 years I have escaped going to it. I don't do Halloween you know! We always have gone out to dinner instead of buying candy for ungrateful children who really don't need it anyway. But because Len is the bishop we had to suffer through the festivities. Well they were really pretty fun all in all, but the children were still begging, ungrateful, and distatsteful! Ha! that is a mouthful for sure. But this little dog brought a smile to my face and I again pulled out the every ready camera for a good shot. He didn't even beg for a treat but I wished that I would have had one for him just the same! I made my famous White Chicken Chili for the cookoff but don't know how it fared with the judges. It was all gone and I made a ton, filled the whole crockpot you know and went the extra mile and even made a big pan of corn bread, also all gone. I didn't eat at the dinner, not my cup of tea with everyones hands in it! But it was fun because I sat with a new lady in the ward and we visited the whole evening and handed out candy til it was gone. I gave handfuls so it would be gone fast! LOL. Well just wanted to share my day with you, oh and I got off at 1:00 as our afternoon cancelled (it was Halloween for goodness sake). I drove to SG and enjoyed myself doing some last minute Christmas shopping for the kids before our trip out to see them. That's one thing I can cross of my list of things to get done. It was perfect weather and again I so wished you were with me, wanted to go in Tai Pan but without you it is just anothe store! Ha! Genalee was supposed to move her trailor to Harrisburg yesterday, wouldn't you know it, mom texted me and asked if I wanted to go to lunch. Heck No! I don't know what she is thinking. For weeks now she doesn't call or come by (well they come by when I am at work and drop off something or other) and then when the girl is gone all of the sudden she wants to go to lunch, I say No, not only No but Hell No! I am not a pawn to be played when it is convienant. I don't want to hurt mom's feelings but I would really like to tell her that is why I am not willing to go now! Only when Genalee is out of the picture are the other children a part of their lives, I won't have it and won't waste anymore air on it! Just needed to get that monkey off my back! Hey got to run but keep smiling, I am glad you have made the decision as you have, I am sure they will not let you go, you are too valuable to them and they know it - even if the don't show it! Chin up the sun is shining on your world today!
