We can learn a lot from a dog!

We can sure learn a lot from a dog! I loved this picture, but the real life lesson was the choicest of all. Sometimes we are leaders, and sometimes we are followers...it's the journey that gets us where we are going that is most important. Both are dogs, both have dominate personalities, yet the one doesn't mind being led by the other as long as they are both going in the same direction. I personally like to be led...for the most part. Sometimes though I like to be in charge. It really doesn't matter to me, as long as I am happy and enjoying the ride it matters not. My goal is to be happy no matter what. My goal is to make a difference no matter what. My goal is to love, even when love is not returned no matter what. People really don't decide our happiness, happiness is not earned but felt. Be happy Ann in everything you do. Be happy knowing that you are loved beyond measure and that you do make a difference in this world, a huge one! I too was begrudging the holidays, wishing them to quickly pass (especially Christmas). Now I feel that I need to find ways to make it the best holidays ever. The lesson from dogs. The best meal ever, the best walk ever, the best bed ever, the best day ever! Lesson learned! I love you mostest!
It's a dog's life!

  1. Dogs are the best, I understand that more every day. The puppies are growing and each days adds a new dimension, more demands and more to love. Dira has become "my dog" she loves me kind of the way Booner used too, she loves to go on walks with me and today when she hit the end of the leash at a dead run and pulled me down, she came right back and licked me to make sure I was ok, then she just walked right by me for the rest of the time, big change! Thanks for reminding me of what I have, you are the best and I love you!
